A Silly Poem on Books

Books are big and full of words
Words are full of meaning
Some books are boring
And bring about snoring
Some are inviting and extremely exciting
Some deceive fools
Others are useful academic tools
Some books are famous, others are not
Some have a fantastical plot.
The success of Harry Potter is rather absurd,
Who likes a book about a magical nerd?
There’re the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew
Marx wrote a book and communism grew.
There are prizes for writers of books
Most couldn’t win prizes for looks.
