Everybody loves a compliment but it is the complaints that you learn from. Armstrong’s recently received a complaint via Twitter. It would be a lie to say that over the 30 years that Armstrong’s has been supplying Unisa books we have never received a complaint. It is true, however, that given the tens of thousands of Unisa students we have dealt with over the years - complaints have been few and far between.
The complaint received via Twitter recently was the first of its kind as so far Armstrong’s has only received compliments via Twitter. We are however very thankful to the customer that took the time to let us know that they were dissatisfied with our service. We realise that the products we sell can be obtained from other retailers and that is whywe do our best to ensure that our service makes the difference. We actively encourage dissatisfied customers to tell us how we can improve our service. After all it is in our best
